Shipping & Return Policy
All in-stock items ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. In-stock orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Items not in stock generally ship within 2-5 business days ARO (after receipt of order) depending on availability from factory. If you need your order sooner, call us at 610-344-9156.
Special Shipping and Handling Fees
Special shipping or handling charges will apply for extremely large or heavy items (over 75 lbs).
Alaska & Hawaii
If ground service is selected for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship the order via our carrier of choice. For these states it is usually Priority Mail.
Our site is currently unable to calculate international shipping rates so we are unable to process international orders online. If you would like to discuss placing an international order with Apex Controls, please email us at email@example.com.
No merchandise may be returned without return authorization. Some items are special order and are not returnable such as variable frequency drives, large iron flange valves, etc. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item falls into this category. Please call to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any product you are returning. Apex Controls is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RGA number. Credit may not be issued for products that have been held for over 30 days from date of the original invoice.
Returned product must be in the original packaging, unmarked and in the original condition with all material, product data sheets etc. included as received. Electronics, due to their nature, may not be returned if they have been installed or if there was any attempt at installation.
Approved/Authorized returns must include a copy of the original invoice received with shipment.
Returns with crushed, torn, stained, and/or marked original product boxes or shipped without the use of a shipping box protecting the manufacturers product box are not accepted. Returned product arriving broken will not be accepted.
Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and can be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking charge. All shipping costs for warranty returns are also the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise shipped due to our error will be corrected at our expense.
Responsibility of Delivery
Freight cost provided on the website is F.O.B. point of shipment. Apex Controls is not responsible for the accuracy of shipping times and dates. Apex Controls will use its best efforts to meet the quoted/scheduled dates, but does not guarantee to do so. Failure to make shipments as scheduled does not constitute a cause for cancellation and/or for damages of any nature. The Company is not responsible for any losses; damages; or delays that may occur after goods have been accepted for shipment by the freight carrier, all damage claims should be made to the freight carrier.
When a delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer to Apex is completed as reported by the shipping company i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc., the responsibility of delivery for Apex terminates there. Any goods that are lost, stolen, or otherwise taken from the delivery site are solely the responsibility of the customer as Apex has no control over what happens to the item(s) once they are delivered as reported by the shipping agent.
Residential deliveries require a signature to confirm actual delivery and receipt by the customer. If there is a chance someone of age will not be available when the package will be delivered as indicated by the tracking information, please call UPS to make other delivery arrangements e.g. pick-up, neighbor etc. Homeowners seeking residential delivery that cannot accept this policy should not make purchases from this site.
