Shipping & Returns

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. In-stock orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Items not in stock generally ship within 2-5 business days ARO (after receipt of order) depending on availability from factory. If you need your order sooner, call us at 610-344-9156.

Special Shipping and Handling Fees

Special shipping or handling charges will apply for extremely large or heavy items (over 75 lbs).

Alaska & Hawaii

If ground service is selected for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship the order via our carrier of choice. For these states it is usually Priority Mail.

International Orders

Our site is currently unable to calculate international shipping rates so we are unable to process international orders online. If you would like to discuss placing an international order with Apex Controls, please email us at sales@apexcontrols.com.

Returned Merchandise

No merchandise may be returned without return authorization.
Please call to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any product you are returning. Apex Controls is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RGA number. Credit may not be issued for products that have been held for over 30 days from date of the original invoice.

Returned product must be in the original packaging, unmarked and in the original condition with all material, product data sheets etc. included as received. Electronics, due to their nature, may not be returned if they have been installed or if there was any attempt at installation.

Approved/Authorized returns must include a copy of the original invoice received with shipment.

Returns with crushed, torn, stained, and/or marked original product boxes or shipped without the use of a shipping box protecting the manufacturers product box are not accepted. Returned product arriving broken will not be accepted.

Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and is subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Shipping for warranty returns is also the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise shipped due to our error will be corrected at our expense.

Responsibility of Delivery

When a delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer to Apex is completed as reported by the shipping company i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc., the responsibility of delivery for Apex terminates there. Any goods that are lost, stolen, or otherwise taken from the delivery site are solely the responsibility of the customer as Apex has no control over what happens to the item(s) once they are delivered as reported by the shipping agent.

Terms

Credit card orders are charged and processed at the time the order is placed. Unless the product page indicates In Stock, it should be assumed that item is not in stock and will be ordered. Contact us to confirm whether an item is in stock. For companies approved for terms with Apex Controls, we may ask for a valid credit card to have on file in the event payment terms are not met as agreed upon. Normally, payment terms are for thirty (30) days and must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made with an officer of Apex.  Once that term has lapsed, Apex may, at their sole discretion, charge any amount up to and including the amount past due on the card that was presented. It is a way to utilize back-up financing for those companies that might feel the need to take advantage of during that particular billing cycle.
