Returned Merchandise

Products which are eligible for returns, must be within 30 days of customer receipt in the original condition.  Returns must be approved by Apex Controls.

Customer is responsible for shipment return.  Apex is not responsible for any damage occurred in return shipment. On stock items, credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection on of the material(s). For non-stock or made-to-order items, credit will be issued upon Apex receiving credit from the Factory.  Electronics are not eligible for returns.

Return

-All material ordered in error may be subject to restocking fees. For material that was ordered in error, to be eligible for return, it must be new and unused in its original packaging.

-For material shipped in error by Apex, it will be credited in full upon receipt and inspection. We will provide free return shipping labels.

-For warranty requests, please contact your sales representative and provide a detailed reason(s) for the failure. All failed material(s) will need to be inspected and determined to be defective and not caused under the factory warranty guideline.  The duration will be based on factory warranty period of purchase and will be replaced at no charge.

Damaged Materials – If a package arrives damaged please contact Apex immediately. Please keep all contents of the package, including packing material, in the original box for inspection by carrier. Do not send back materials unless instructed to do so by a sales representative.

Concealed Damage – Please be sure to inspect all material at time of receipt. Any concealed damaged must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Burner Controls: All Sales on Burner Controls are Final. No returns are accepted. No refunds.
